June 2021 Update

Since April of 2020, we’ve been meeting virtually via Zoom on our regular monthly meeting day. Once UUCG reopens to outside groups meeting in person, we’ll evaluate when we will return to in-person meetings.

PFLAG Greenville will hold its next meeting on Thursday, June 10 at 7 p.m. on Zoom. Our theme for this month will be “Mental health in the LGBTQ+ community”, and our guest presenter will be Marsha Partington.
A licensed substance abuse counselor, trainer, and advocate, Marsha will be speaking about her journey in mental health care, how she came to work with the LGBTQ+ community and what her experiences have taught her along the way. Discussion and Q/A will follow.

While we’re still meeting virtually for our monthly meetings, many other events are starting to return in person. Be sure to check out our newsletter for more updates on what we’re up to!
